Q: Are the pieces listed in the shop originals? Yes, all works listed are original pieces created by iAlexander. If prints or reproductions become available, they will be clearly noted in the listing.
Q: How are artworks packaged and shipped? All artworks are packaged securely with focus and detail on preservation and the safety of their integrity while in transit. Each piece is reinforced with protective backing and shipped in sturdy mailers or boxes. All shipments are insured and sent via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.
Q: Do you ship internationally? No. At this time, artwork is shipped only within the United States.
Q: What is your return policy on artwork? All sales of original artwork are final. If your piece arrives damaged, please document the condition immediately and contact me so an insurance claim can be filed.
